Troubleshooting

Common download and configuration questions

How are Clash Meta, Mihomo, Clash Verge Rev, and FlClash related?

Mihomo is the core that handles rules, proxy protocols, and traffic. Clash Verge Rev is primarily a desktop graphical client, while FlClash targets mobile and multiple platforms. This home page helps users choose a client: Clash Verge Rev for computers and FlClash for Android, with a Mihomo project link for advanced users.

Which version should I download first?

On a computer, install Clash Verge Rev for your operating system. On an Android phone or tablet, install FlClash. Then import your subscription in the client.

What should I do after downloading and installing the client?

Install the client, import a subscription URL or configuration file, wait for the node list to load, and then enable the system proxy or TUN mode. For the first test, use a known working node before switching between rule, global, or direct modes as needed.

Why can’t I enable TUN or service mode?

These features often require elevated system permissions. Try running as administrator on Windows; on macOS and Linux, make sure the service component is installed correctly.

Why are there no nodes after importing?

Confirm that the subscription URL is valid, refresh it, and check the logs. Common causes include an expired subscription, an unreachable URL, or an incompatible configuration format.

Why does the internet stop working after enabling the proxy?

Check the selected node, DNS settings, and possible conflicts with the system proxy. Test a known working node in rule mode, then toggle the system proxy off and on.
